There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

. I'm not a brain when it comes to Win7. I'll keep looking, maybe I'll search it out with the Windows Search for Files and Folders utility.
Ah... Now I remember. Thanks Andy! But Win7 is a little different. Seems that the FS9.CFG file is deeply hidden or in another folder, within another location, on another planet somewhere... I installed this bird, but for the life of me, I cannot find the FS9.CFG (particular config file) to put the "[OLDMODULES]FSSound.dll=1". Within the main FS9 folder there is a "Config" folder. Inside that folder there are 2 individual files labeled as "config", one is a text document and the other is a Java Script file. Those are the only "configs" I can find within the sim. Tried to put the above in the text document labeled config, within the "config" folder in the FS9 Root Directory, but the incompatability error still pops up. Drives me bloody crazy when I see it. :isadizzy:Anyone have any idea specifically where the elusive FS9.CFG that the above comment for FSSound goes into is hiding?BB686:USA-flagS... I like the Christmas theme...
I like me Sea Fury, mate... ranks right up there with the venerable F-4U "Hog" (Corsair). Sydney Camm got it right though... after alot of lessons the Brits had flying "Hogs"... and landing them on their aircraft carriers.BB686:USA-flag:
Here's the path to fs9.cfg under Windows 7
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME HERE\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FS9\FS9.cfg
Edit: Oops didn't see earlier answer.

I have D/L'd the Concorde base pack three times over three days and cannot open it. WinZip says it is not a valid Zipfile and Universal Extractor cannot open it either. [No problem with the skin files]
Has anyone else faced this? Is there a solution?
