The repaint, for the donationware Curtiss P-36/H-75, depicts the Curtiss H-75 A-1 No 48 from 1st Escadrille from the Groupe de Chasse I/4, Wez-Thuisy April 1940. This fighter group was transferred to the Pas-de-Calais region just before the Battle for France and flew several mission against the Germans over Belgium and the Netherlands. Most aircrafts of this group became trapped in the Dunkirk perimeter and were destroyed by the French on May 17 1940.
