In all languages .. Beriev .. still .. Beriev. (maybe not in different languages like russian or chinese)Seems Berijew is the German spelling.
It's actually the A-40 the Russians sent to New Zealand back in 2000. Stunning aircraft, really like something straight out of Thunderbirds. I reckon NZ should have bought a fleet of em to replace our aging P3 Orions, but I suppose those Russian engines are a put-off. I dont think they succeeded in selling it to anyone at all. Look forward to seeing yours when it's good 'n ready.Yup. Didn't need much though, they did a nice job. Gave it a little more sense of mass, sits and handles a little better in the drink, adjusted the panel so going from 2D to VC doesn't look like you suddenly stood up. Couple more things yet... Anyone know if when stable on glide slope with flaps and gear down what the pitch should be? Slight nose up, down, neutral?
I had to tweak the water rudder to get it to work, try replacing contact point 9 with this line:
point.9 = 5, -51.54, 0, -20.6, 1800, 0, 0, 30, 0, 0, 0.3, 1, 1, 1, 0, 0
