F8F wip shots

The paints look great, the prop looks weird though...

I agree with Jankees. I wish there was an animation that makes a blur out of the prop hub (I've seen the video too with the prop in motion). However the paints do look very nice.

According to these videos, A2A apparently has no problem with prop hub ...

Note to viewers: Please note that the props on this bird when spinning is not a prop disc, the entire prop rotates at speed ... a feature of FSX modeling capability.

in all honesty ? soon as we get a new sound guru to add the new sound recordings and shes passed beta.

The pilot is somewhat bigger. He's about 14 years old now. I suppose with blocks he can reach the pedals.

He Washed out of "The Silient Service" [Submarine training] this was his only other option, have pitty on his short A$$!!!:icon_lol:

The point being this was a very small aircraft. The pilot wore it. It had the same wing span of a J-3 Cub and was only 4 foot longer. This came as a big surprise after Grumman produced the biggest single engined fighter in WWII, the F6-F Hellcat.

Hmmm....a friend of my fathers joined the Army Air Corps at 15. He lied about his age which he said wasn't unusual for the period. He ended up in the tail gun of a B-17G flying missions over Europe. He was small, about 5'x3", maybe that's him flying the BearKitty!?

The point being....we've heard it over and over and over again!

The sea going bell hops miniature friends not with standing, I have sat in a couple of Bearcats and I'm only 5'8" and I filled the cockpit.
