There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Lots of things to like about FSX right now. Rick's paints, FTX Global Base, Vectors and NA Landclass (and on sale even), Steve's DX10 Fixer with Cloud Shadows, a copy of FS Global Ultimate Americas I found in my closet and Edwards AFB scenery (don't remember who did it, but it looks great)! I had to do some tweaking, and CPU and GPU bumps to get acceptable performance, but who needs a new sim program?

Is that scenery Orbx Shoreham?.
I may be late to the party, but this is pretty good stuff. (FTX Global, Vector, NA Landclass, FS Global Ultimate Americas and FTX KSEZ...what a blend! And, no, I'm not compensated.) I've been trying to get a good landing at Sedona and am finding it quite a challenge. Thinking the Alabeo Pawnee would be up to the task and with power off it floats the whole way down the runway at close to stall speed!
Edit: I forgot to give credit to Steve's DX10 Fixer with cloud shadows. That program adds so much additional depth and realism to the mix it can't be forgotten!
