I just checked using Firefox and I got a working link for the B, C, D, N, and Export...

While I suppose it's kinda sexy to host your own fleet, I am wondering if there is a specific reason why these planes could not be uploaded to AVSIM.com, say, or if this causes pain for some reason, flightsim.com.
Y'know, like the rest of the 100,000+ freeware uploads have done...
Perhaps in just this one instance?

Hi,

At least .. the host suffer of "some instability" :jump:
Take me many attempts to have what I wanted ....
You must click when you feel you are lucky :greenf:

Speaking of Qatar (and others). How are the Mirage F1 repaints coming along?
:ernae:

Yes Franck, the Qatar Mirage F-1 will eventually come available from my
MediaFire.Com shared files along other colorfull Mirage F-1 examples
from the Armée de l'Air Francaise, Ecuador, Jordan, "Free Kuwait",
etc..,

In a near future, I will open a specific "Mirage F-1 Repaints" thread
about it.

Stay Tuned !

I just retried the download capacity of the GMax Academy
website. No Problems at all

Warning :YOU MUST USE FIREFOX

Check the following screenshots :
( my Windows XP is french but its the same in engligh )

1. On the Home page of the website you click "Les Projets"

2. Then you click the Mirage 2000 Export line

3. Then you have the Mirage 2000 Export web page

4. You go at the bottom of this page and you click the
"Télécharger" icon at the bottom right

5. The "register" window pups up !

6. You click register to your FS9 file

Then you "unzip" or "unrar" the compressed file.
The GMax file is a user friendly auto installer.
Then you fly the Mirage 2000.

The last time my Home Service PC Specialist made some cleaning
on my 2 PC's and 1 Laptop she install me Firefox, telling me
that it was by far superior to Internet Explorer.

She is 300 % right !
I no longer use Internet Explorer.
FireFox is Faster, Safer, Smarter and Better
It is also customizable
And its free

Take a look :

Hi,

Warning :YOU MUST USE FIREFOX

Not really true at all :)

I can download any of the site with IE6 or Firefox
I can't download any of the site with IE6 or Firefox when the site have errors !!
I can understand you make advertissements for Firefox (good browser) but IE6 or superior will work also.

And now I can add this ...

This when I go on a download link ! :)

Hi,

I understand your pain feeling :)
I had already experienced this phenomena.
And trying immediately after with IE6 give me a error message.

So .. the site was again wrecked (the download database) when you tried to download.
You must consider this site like the lotto .. sometime you win.. many time you lost :)
I sympatise

I give up on these, having managed to download everything but the last two aircraft I attempt to run the .exe file and get an error message followed by an exit from the file ........:banghead:
A real shame but I'll delete just these downloads and fly the KO Mirage F1.

May be you could help me

I have a big problem with the entire GMax Mirage 2000 family
( B/C/D/E/N ) when landing.

I am quite good a super soft gentle touch landings and I have tried landings with these Mirages at 170, 160, 150, 140, 130, and 120 knots.

After touching the main landing gears and do some "nose up" aerodynamic
braking, the monent I put ( gently ) the front landing gear on the ground, the entire Mirage start to jump like a kangoroo !!!

Its even worse if I put some brakes.

Do you experience this bizarre attitude ?
Is there a solution to cancel it ?

It is the only FS9 aircraft I have on file that have this kind of problem.

Thanks for the help !

Hi,

It's seem's to be a epidemy for those Mirages.
I had not yet check for solution (lack of freetime) but this must be a contact points setting problem ...

Hi,

I worked two hours on some parameters of the 2000D (with Aircraft Container Manager)
Nothing worked ... (Static compression .. damping ratio ..etc..)
Nevertheless I was able to reduce somehow the brake bouncing with 1 for toe brake in the aircraft.cfg.
[brakes]
parking_brake = 1 //Parking brake available
toe_brakes_scale = 1.0 //Brake scalar
It's not perfect at all .. but this combined with the air brakes reduce a little the weird phenomena.
Even with greased landing .. main gear show also problems.(bouncing)
Notice:
If you check well in external view the nozewheels .. you see the left wheel is not animated (no movement) like the right (model glitch ?)
I have not examinated the other models.
Despite this plane is nice and easy to fly .. it's for me a no go with the actual imperfections (be able to make nice landing is a must !!) .. so I put it in my big garbage hangar ... waiting for maybe better days.
