Ok, so it didn't take me a couple of hours. Took 4.5 hours... ;)

Not as flamboyant as other paint schemes but I'm playing around with this one - chase aircraft during the glory days at Edwards AFB.

...and minute later over the remains of Pancho's Happy Bottom Riding Club.

Aircraft wears emblems of both Systems Command and the Air Force Flight Test Center.

For the day glow fans, 56-1777 of the Air Force Communications Service, Scott AFB - the USAF equivalent of the Italian day glow T-33A featured above. Used to help calibrate ground-based navigational aids.

Obviously still in progress. Ignore the green stuff near the nationality marking, it's a guide to help me draw the cut outs in the day glow paint.

New York ANG livery for the T-33, based at Niagara Falls, early 1980s. Features include the rainbow rudder and the "Electric Chicken" of the 136th FISScreenshot (542).jpgScreenshot (544).jpg... Just cleaning up some stuff.

I should clarify, I love camo schemes too, I just don't love trying to get them to work on this model ;) The big issue is some surfaces are mirrored, and the decal system doesn't cover the whole airplane. Simple two colour variegated patterns like what Canada used is hard enough to pull off due to mirroring, and I think a three colour pattern like the SE Asia scheme would be pretty much impossible. Too bad, because I'd never seen that SEA camo T-Bird before and it's really cool!

Very fun scheme, I've done it before in another sim and it looks great.

This scheme looks fantastic - hopefully you can get it to work with the SSW product in 2020 !

If I ever have any spare cash to buy this plane, it's the first paint job I'm downloading since I'm a Native Vermonter.

Speaking of which, version 1.2 of the Vermont livery will be available soon (Fltsim.to choking on uploads right now), had to correct an error on the right side of the fin I didn't notice until now...
