thanks Stuart277 for this new series of British destroyers. Personally I am finishing the new paintings of the J K and N classes which present an almost inexhaustible source of inspiration, in particular the destroyers of the 7th flotilla of the Mediterranean Fleet of Alexandria from 1940 to 1942 which made a magnificent air and naval campaign at the cost of very heavy losses.
The L and M classes are at least as interesting

Thanks for all these "Greyhounds of the Sea" Stuart.

Glad to see the War Emergency classes getting done - I always had a soft spot for the exploits of the "O" & "P" class ships after reading about them

eg.
- The captain of HMS Penn ignores his orders & by tying his ship onto Ohio, keeps Ohio afloat until she reaches Valetta.
- The heroic defence of convoy JW51B, much of the close escort being "O"class ships.

Hi SW07
If you need R class, the are just a repeat of the Q class.
I am in the process of doing the S and T, U and V etc DD's
They are slightly different.
They also may be of some use to you.
