I downloaded the PC-21 and the Texan Driver for my P3D V4.5. The PC21 loaded fine but has anyone added Texan Driver successfully for 4.5?

Yes, but you can't use the "setup.bat" to install it. That file is hard coded for P3D v2.
The installer only mentions P3D v2.5 so that should give you an idea of the age of this bird.
That said, it works fine in P3D v4.5 and looks great to boot.

I install addons for P3D v4 into the "\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons" folder.
1) First create a new folder name "Iris Texan Driver" under "\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons".
2) Then run the "core-files.exe". This is the actual installer.
3) Select P3D v2.5 and then when prompted for location to install point to the folder you created.
4) Let the installer do the rest.
5) You'll need to make an add-on.xml file so P3D will recognize it.
That's it.

If you don't install remotely but instead just throw everything into the main P3Dv4.5 location skip step 1 and point at the main P3D v4.5 location for step 3.

The PC-21 is more recent and aware of P3D v4.5 and it also installs into "\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons" by default.
