I see there are some smoothing issues causing excessive shine and incorrect reflections on Stuka (radiator, wings).
Although they are so apparent only when my shaders are used, these are actually errors in the model and I can't do anything in the shader to fix them. Some WOFF aircrafts have them as well.
They happen when smoothing is applied to low poly surface which should not really be smooth. Like if you just draw a low-poly box and force smoothing on it in GMAX.

Yeah, I noticed that too. But as far as I can remember, the affected parts don't really lack polys. John will sure give a better answer since he has wireframe textures to check and I no longer have Gmax installed. Bottom line is, unless it's Gmax fault (it has a tendency to screw with normals with boolean operatioins), it's an easy fix!:mixed-smiley-010:

I agree, but going to the dark side is a nice diversion once in a while.

A little bit of 190 goodness..

regards Rob.

Does the bump mapping bring out the spars in the rag wing Hurry mk 1's wings?
(...or the aft fuselage for that matter?) ...although I guess they don't really BULGE that much (?)

:jump: ?

Yes, sir, just as soon as I figure out some bump mapping issues. There will also be a few other F-86A skins, then later some F-86F skins.
