I have been keeping a watch on this one Noddy and it looks 'interesting' indeed.
One point that caught my attention was an oblique reference to it being only suited to Win 10, which would be sheer stupidity.
Thus far we have only the official notice to go on, so I'll be watching with interest, if Kunos go with early access I'll be on it like a Seagull on a piece of hot fat.
