  • Special Server Maintenance

Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

This caught my eye and gave me a laugh, seems appropriate given ACC current 'console' release allied to the MSFS fiasco........:devilish:

Velo Lotus 30.......drives well but could really use 4K skins.

Bazzar's 289 Cobra, highly entertaining now I have a decent shifter/handbrake combination!

And Pessio's GR4 Pantera, another oversteering entertainer.

Always loved the looks of the Montreal! To bad they were never sold over here.

Funny how a car named after the city the concept was launched, was never actually sold on that entire continent...

They had a really bad rep down under Matt, the proverbial 'Torrey Canyon'! Shame as they were a really nice road car.
:indecisiveness:

"Already rusting in the brochure." was a common expression here about Italian cars. Low point for Alfa Romeo was the infamous Arna, combining bland Japanese styling with unreliable Italian technology and rusty metal..

Kurtis KK2000 V8 Sprinter at Oswego.
Shame these are unfinished, driving them on dirt is a hoot and reminds me of Saturday nights in Summer when I was a kid at 'Tracey's Speedway'........:applause:

I found that site as well but haven't downloaded that particular car pack though. Some other interesting other cars as well.

Found this fun little Civic somewhere else, some nice lift oversteer!:
