Cessna 195 for FSX

Here is my little donation for any of you that have Shockwave lights Redux...

Cessna 195 panel .cfg (VC01)-last line:

Excellent Papab. . . .I'll be loading those momentarily. Like Pam, I wasn't crazy about all the polished metal skins so I put a few together as well. Still WIP shots:

Rick, I'm using the Aerosoft Beaver, but I have to think the default Beaver would work also. If anyone has a better suggestion please feel free to post it.:salute:
 
If Pam, or anyone else who has tried some repaints of this airplane is reading this, maybe you can suggest a fix. The Army livery I'm doing requires campaign stripes on the wings. The right wing isn't a problem, but the left underside wing has a rectangular area that leaves a void when I place the stripes, but I can't find a texture anywhere that will allow me to place the missing part of the stripes. . . .anyone have a suggestion?
 
Hmm, ok, dang it. . .this means I've got to resize the stripes and then play with it until I have the correct size to match, lol. Couldn't be simple, lol, lol.:salute:
 
Cant be that hard Ed.. give me 30 minutes and I'll show you a solution with pictures... Your gonna love it..

Sorry, I worked on it then went and watched some TV for a bit. I got it to work easily enough, just taking a bit to get them to line up since that one texture mirrors both sides.
 
oooooooooooooooooooooooooo... didnt realize that last part.. glad you told me.. yah, that could make it a pain..

I don't use it for repainting. . .I only use it as a quick way to monitor results when doing repainting. I can save the work to the aircraft texture folder then reload the aircraft and see how things line up almost instantly.
