As you said, this is a hobby, - not a profession!
I find it quite rude that certain people want to dictate the pace of your progress!
It is a great project to be following, seeing your mistakes, your bounce backs, and your advances.
You are quite new to the paint shed, just like me, (Stearman was great), and want the best result.
This can only be done through trial and error, and takes time.
The big difference is that I don't have the courage to publish any work until 100% satisfied. I'm a chicken! (Same for sounds).
Overall I find it very educational to observe the advancing tweaks on the 500. Especially on the metal work, and hope you carry on.
She does look fantastic already, and I have learnt a lot just by following this thread.
