Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Hey, a bunch of wonderful SWS aircraft are free at SimMarket right now! P3D V5, V4, and FSX versions. I got the Harrier and the other F-104 model; I already had the F-84, the F-104S, Tornado and the Fiat G.91, but they're free too.

Well worth checking out!
Most airfields are around the A$18:00 to A$20:00 mark but the newest releases are not, same goes for the 'Partner' releases.
Currently populating X-Plane plus a few favorites for MSFS.
Last time I looked the Pacific Peso (A$) was only worth some US$00:77......:encouragement:

ORBX at it again!
A decent selection of most worthwhile goodies at 40% off list price.
For example. A$32.95 is dropped to around A$21.95+/- loose change.
ATM US$1.00 buys around A$1.30 depending on XR fluctuations.
:encouragement:
And a PS: This runs to July 5.

Thanks for the heads-up. I have been itching to waste some money on FS products. I just didn't know what. I will check them out.

Well, this might just be enough incentive to re-install P3D...

(Also, in case anyone was in denial that the paid P3D add-on market is as dead as a Norwegian Blue...)

Wow, I never saw any sale for AH addons, even on Black Friday, but this?! What a great surprice! Unfortunately, I have almost everything, I havent Zlin and Sabreline, but it's a good news. Thank You AH. :applause:

All these free or discounted products from the different developers is very nice.
Just remember that it also means these products will no longer be supported.

I fully understand they have to go where the money is.
Only time will tell whether they’re making the right decision.
